1. Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all 50 states across the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping, but we’re working to expand soon!

2. How long does shipping take?

Our standard shipping takes approximately 7–12 business days, including transit and handling time. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

3. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders, with no minimum purchase required.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Simply click the link in your email to track your package in real time.

5. Can I modify or cancel my order?

We begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it at support@tinyandthrives.shop.

6. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Please visit our Return Policy page for full details on how to initiate a return or exchange.

Absolutely. Every product at Tiny and Thrives is carefully curated to meet high safety standards and made from baby-friendly, non-toxic materials that are gentle on sensitive skin.
