1. Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all 50 states across the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping, but we’re working to expand soon!

2. How long does shipping take?

Our standard shipping takes approximately 7–12 business days, including transit and handling time. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

3. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders, with no minimum purchase required.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Simply click the link in your email to track your package in real time.

5. Can I modify or cancel my order?

We begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it at support@tinyandthrives.shop.

6. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

7. Are your products safe for babies?

Absolutely. Every product at Tiny and Thrives is carefully curated to meet high safety standards and made from baby-friendly, non-toxic materials that are gentle on sensitive skin.

Timeframe: We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.Β 

Item Condition Requirements: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.Β

If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label. Please note that a flat return shipping fee of $9.99 will be deducted from your refund, as customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective. Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Order Cancellation: If you need to cancel your order, you can do so within 24 hours of purchase. Just reach out to us through our contact usΒ pageΒ orΒ email, and we’ll take care of it right away. After approval, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. You will be notified at every step.

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees on returned items.

Refunds:Β We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@tinyandthrives.shop.
